Hello Pack 250 families!
We are continuing the 2021-2022 school year with a fall family camping trip on Saturday, October 9 – Sunday, October 10. Arrival at 1pm and departing around 11 am. We have a number of sites reserved in Loop B.
We will be providing burgers (beef & vegetarian) and hot dogs for dinner on Saturday. We are asking pack families to sign up for a side dish, drinks, or S’Mores items to share for dinner. Examples are juice boxes, chip bags, and Marshmallows. We are encouraging items brought to be individually wrapped as much as possible. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. We will provide eggs, pancakes, bacon, and vegetarian sausage for breakfast on Sunday. If you have a propane stove or grill and are willing to bring them, please sign up for those slots as well. Thank you!
Costs will be $15 per family for the campsite and a suggested $5 per person total for dinner and breakfast. Payments can be made by cash or check payable to Nick Proszkow at the event or through Paypal: NicholasProszkow@gmail.com. Please include your Scout’s name and number of people in the memo field and use “send to friend” through Paypal.
